Stephen King delivers in this tale of difficult to believe scenarios that takes you to new places but with some old characters you may already be familiar with.
Seth Numrich does an amazing job narrating, keeping you engaged and hanging on every word.

The story itself is wonderful, Anne and Christopher have created a grand and beautiful story, but Katherine ruins it by being way too energetic; soft and loud, mixing up characters, not separating story from dialogue. It was difficult to enjoy the story fully when out of nowhere you're startled right out of the story. May create slight headaches depending upon how you listen and at what volume.
I do urge one to get the book and read it. It is such a grand story worth being read properly. If you're up to trying out this audiobook, by all means, do so. It is another wonderful book jot to be skipped.

Lovely sequel to The Gold Coast

DeMille did a great job with this story. Narration was superb as well. You're pulled back into a time after September 11 and once again into John Sutter's life as he deals with the events now 10 years in the past. Spends time with his ex-wife and the son of the man she killed and tries to deal with his horrid ex-inlaws. At least all is forgiven and the mafia has told him to forget about it, right?

Wonderful as only Stephen King does it.

Took me two sittings to listen to all of it, not King's usual length, but his usual prose. The story is wonderfully engaging and I encourage any IT fans to give it a read. I would clamor for more, but King is just so good at giving us just enough, now knowing when to leave us squirming for more.
Seth does a brilliant job bringing everyone to life and made it easy to listen to. Pleasant voice, great storytelling.

Fantastic Listen

Absolutely loved the radio drama feel of the book. Wonderfully executed and performed. Would love more like these and will be looking for them. The story is fun and keeps you guessing, giving you just enough clues to think you know what happened and of course you'll listen to find out if you're correct.

Wonderfully narrated and entertaining. Most of the characters you've come to fear (and love) help tell wonderful stories with some real world morals. Just like those horror books you read in the 90s before finding Stephen King.

Great books deserve great narration and you get both with The Institute. Don't let the beginning fool you, you'll get to the kids, just wait.
As usual a great imagination into the secrets we don't know and what could be. A nice marriage of horror and science fiction, exactly what one would expect how the treatment would go or is going?
