My doctors have tried to control my overweight with surgeries and very strict diets, but thanks to this audiobook I have achieved much more effective results. It has taught me how to persuade my subconscious that my stomach is small and only needs to be fed with what is necessary. Thanks to the advice it offers and the use of positive affirmations, I have come to regain much of my health.
