THANK YOU! I've been dealing with chronic back pain from a car accident for 15 years ago, and just went to Mayo Clinic to be diagnosed with Ankylosing Spondylitis. I'm an Ironman triathlete, mom of 2, Registered Nurse, positive motivator, coach and yet, this new diagnosis SLAMMED me to my core. I SINCERELY appreciate you doing this podcast, being transparent with your story and giving me hope there's help beyond meds and Western medicine.
