Understanding self/other is key-Infinite potential

People are different and that is a really good thing! This is a great book for anyone interested in getting started…for personal development, leaders, teams, coaches and for those who want to become a practitioner administering the DISC and Motivators assessments. The authors did a wonderful job introducing the complexity of behavioral communication and motivators in a very easy to understand and relatable way. This was a great deep dive in the importance of understanding one’s and other’s behaviors and motivators to be more effective personally and in communicating and working with others, for greater impact and potential in everyday life. I really appreciate how easy the book was to read and listen to, with practical/applicable examples (which of course I want more of!) and applications. I also value their great points about how to ethically and responsibly use assessments to maximize the results for greater success.
I am a credentialed coach through ICF and WABC and have been certified in and providing DISC/Motivators assessments and follow-up debriefs for almost 8 years. DISC and Motivators is a great tool to foster self-awareness, and helps individuals become more effective in their relationships, personally and professionally, as well as recognize the great strengths we all bring to the table! I’ve had the benefit of seeing this in action, through my personal experience with the tool and in my professional work in using the tool with others in organizations.
I also want to point out that I have had training from multiple sources, and Assessments 24x7 is a highly credible organization that provides exceptional training for practitioners. What’s more is that they continue to create great resources to support those that provide assessments and continue to grow and develop this arena. Looking forward to seeing more books from them on other assessments as well!
