Historia
Evan Smoak is a highly trained former government assassin who has survived for years by keeping his circle to a few trusted confidants and a strict code he calls “The Ten Commandments.” But when Evan suddenly finds himself at odds with his oldest friend, all the rules he lives by shatter—and the consequences are murderous. Tommy Stojack might be Evan's best friend in the world. He’s a gifted gunsmith who has created much of Evan's own weapons and combat gear. But now, he has apparently crossed one of Evan's hardest lines and their argument explodes into open warfare.

Best one yet
Revisado: 03-22-25
I have listened to every Orphan X book written, and this one was sometimes hard to listen to because of the things happening, it is his best one yet. Can’t wait for the next one.

Not Just A Thriller
Revisado: 07-14-23
What I live about Hirwitz writing style is that he does a great job create suspense and writing the action scenes, but his ability to advance the story and connect you to his characters is awesome. I enjoyed the ride on this one. Especially the ending. I hope that is not the last we hear about our favorite 16-year old spy girl. The chemistry between her and Evan was perfect.

Nailed It!
Revisado: 06-09-20
I have been an entrepreneur my entire career in one way or another and David really captures the heart and soul of what that means. Great story telling that fully supports the main ideas making it all come to life in a wonderful way. If you are an entrepreneur or know someone that is thinking about being one, I highly recommend this book. David—-great job in the read as well!!!

Historia
The debut psychological thriller that will forever change the way you look at other people's lives. Every day the same. Rachel takes the same commuter train every morning and night. Every day she rattles down the track, flashes past a stretch of cozy suburban homes, and stops at the signal that allows her to daily watch the same couple breakfasting on their deck. She’s even started to feel like she knows them. Jess and Jason, she calls them. Their life - as she sees it - is perfect. Not unlike the life she recently lost.

Keeps you guessing.

Great performance! Really enjoyed the experience. Any number of these characters could have been the bad guy. Glad I didn't guess it.

Historia
Atlanta, 1974: It's Kate Murphy's first day on the job, and the Atlanta Police Department is seething after the murder of an officer. Before the day has barely begun, she already suspects she's not cut out to be a cop. Her male uniform is too big, she can't handle a gun, and she's rapidly learning that the APD is hardly a place that welcomes women. Worse still, in the ensuing manhunt she'll be partnered with Maggie Lawson, a cop with her own ax to grind.
