“Short but intense” is the best way to describe Hart’s newest book: Serenity Betrayed. The plot felt very relevant in today’s political climate, and the book is a nice stand-alone story that compliments the series. If you like the other Serenity book, you’ll definitely enjoy this one as well! As always, Mr. Holland does an excellent job narrating!

Fact and fiction intertwine in Craig A. Hart’s best novel since Becoming Moon. Simon Wolfe, a private investigator, is hired to find a killer who has murdered an old classmate’s wife. When the body is stolen from the morgue, everyone’s a suspect. Hart’s writing (as always) is top notch and cuts to the chase with a mixture of suspense and humor. Highly recommended!

The Method is a brisk read that quickly draws you into the story. I found it easy to relate to the main characters, Frank and Linda, as they travel to an exclusive “marriage retreat” to work on their marital problems. I can’t say much more without giving anything away, but the story keeps you guessing until the end, and it is NOT for the squeamish.
