Historia
Most books out there will show you the process, the ingredients you need, and how it all works, but none of them show you how to make it just right. If you learn how to make a cheap $5 bottle of wine, you might as well just buy that and not spend your valuable time and effort, but what if you knew how to make that $100 bottle of wine, wouldn’t that be worth spending your time and energy on? Something you can share and enjoy with your friends and family? In this book, I show you just how to make it all perfect and how to eventually sell your wine and make some extra income.

Historia
History has all but forgotten.... In the spring of 1708, an invading Jacobite fleet of French and Scottish soldiers nearly succeeded in landing the exiled James Stewart in Scotland to reclaim his crown. Now, Carrie McClelland hopes to turn that story into her next best-selling novel. Settling herself in the shadow of Slains Castle, she creates a heroine named for one of her own ancestors and starts to write. But then she discovers her novel is more fact than fiction....

History boring? Not from this perspective!
Revisado: 03-26-14
What made the experience of listening to The Winter Sea the most enjoyable?
Presenting the generally known historical facts of a known period of time intertwined with characters, emotions and personal decisions or commitments that can alter or better explain how the historical events came about made this piece especially entertaining. I thoroughly enjoyed it.
What was one of the most memorable moments of The Winter Sea?
The first time her 'creations' were found in a history book proving that she did not 'create' them.
What about Rosalyn Landor’s performance did you like?
She is a very talented narrator! I sampled many narrations prior to listening to "A Winter's Sea" and found her voice very easy to listen to. She has a very good way of using the same sound or tone for each character and I was delighted when she read the reunion of Sophie and her husband. I knew instantly who he was! Well done!!!
If you were to make a film of this book, what would the tag line be?
" 'Tis In My Blood"
