People fighting the good fight against homophobia, disablism, transphobia and, particularly, racism. People, possibly, like you. It is the comedian and writer David Baddiel’s contention that one type of racism has been left out of this fight.

I feel heard

I’ve never left a review before but I feel compelled to now. In listening to this book, as a Jew, I feel so many things have been poignantly addressed that I know I have thought and felt, but never really knew how to articulate. Perhaps also because of my own internalisation of the problematic lines of thought that David highlights in his book. On top, it is witty and down to earth. I feel completely seen and I feel better equipped to make sense of my world thanks to this book. Thank you David for your honesty and your courage.
