A great read!

Gene and Amanda's "How to Have Tough Conversations" gave me tools I didn't know I needed! I especially loved the examples they included as they made the book feel practical and relatable. The “Prepare, Listen, Respond” framework helped me in a difficult conversation with a colleague, and I could feel the shift immediately. Highly recommend the book!
