Good book overall with one complaint

I really enjoyed the story and it was well narrated, but if I had to hear one more time about how dry the doctor's skin was and whether she was able to apply jojoba oil, I was ready to scream. I kept thinking that it was going to make sense in the end, but it wasn't part of the plot after all. Just annoying!
