Excellent!!!

Excellent story. Excellent characters. Excellent Narration. I double checked the author shortly after starting this book because the writing had a Fredrick Backman feel to it. I also recognized the narrator as the same one who narrates the Backman novels. I loved this as much as my favorite Backman novels. Downside: this has left me with a serious book-hangover.

Hallmark-esque, Poor Narration

Not what I was expecting, but very engaging.

It took me about 1/3 of this book to become really invested in the characters and understand where the story was headed, but it picked up from there. I think I was expecting a bit more humor or quirkiness, but as the characters developed and the story proceeds, it became quite engaging.

Another thoroughly enjoyable and engaging adventure with the continued humor from "Where the Hell is Tesla". The author is the perfect narrator for these stories.

Fun Sci-Fi Adventure-Humor at it's best

The story captured my attention from the beginning and continued to do so throughout the book. The Audio narration definitely added to the experience. This had me outright laughing at time - gotta love Chip & Pete!

Very Interesting Story and Great Performance

I only picked this up based on the recommendation of a member post on the "Hear For It" FB page. This is not a genre or topic for which I would normally give a second glance. But I was looking for a quick 'in-between' audio for the day - AND, it was a free borrow for members - how could I go wrong?
I was surprised at how much I enjoyed hearing Tyler's story and have a tremendous amount of respect for the young man. The story kept me interested and the performance format was terrific.

Very Enjoyable, Awesome Narration

This was my kind of story - WW1 historical fiction and characters I want to get to know even more. I consider this 'mystery-light' with enough intrigue to keep the story moving. I will continue with this series.

Adventure and smarmy humor - what's not to love?!

Awesome story! The excellent narration added to the depth of characters and the overall story.
I agree with some of the other reviews that there are crude parts and foul language - so if you find that offensive, you may want to take a pass on this.
But I disagree with comments that this is a 'guys' book. I am a middle-age female who keeps cursing to a minimum, but still really enjoyed this..

I read all 3 books of the Edward Series. I just finished Edward Unspooled. Overall, I give the series 4.5 stars. I enjoyed growing along with Edward and his expanding circle over the course of the series. I liked 600 Hours of Edward and this one the best. I recommend the entire series for anyone who enjoys this story.
