A truly incredible novel that spins you back and forth through emotions. Constantly keeping you on the edge of your seat. Not often do I find a audiobook so riveting that I neglect my other duties just to listen in. Can't wait to continue the blissfull and boisterous adventure of the house witch.

I'm not much of a clanner but aff this is great.

I've always enjoyed the innersphere perspective more but one in a while the clan based books can be quite enjoyable. I haven't read a lot from the jade falcon perspective so they are often attributed as the big bad in recent Battletech but this novel especially with the unique character of Archer Pyrde showcases that not all jade falcon true borns are so bad. It's a fun shorter novella and I can't wait to read more!

So far my favorite Warhammer 40,000 book

it's guttural and grim with few glances of hope. The Emperors Tithe comes for them all in this amazing book. I'm astounded to see the progress of a once peaceful world into the grim darkness we know now. I'm salivating for more Krieg content by Steve Lyons or any other content he wants to put out it genuinely was a great listen all around.

A fun gritty tanker's delight

Great quick book that keeps you on edge, whether facing the enemies of the imperium or the inner turmoil of a tank's crew. it's a fun listen that keeps the treads moving throughout.

What can I say except thank you

Battletech is always close at heart for me, since the early days of my childhood playing mechwarrior 3 and 4 with my dad and it's sweet flight stick set up. I was a avid reader when I was younger and often I would come back to reading the battletech books. I honestly couldn't recommend this book I'm so happy and excited that they are releasing the gray death legion saga and I hope they release oh so so much more. Until then I will wait for the sweet embrace of the mech cockpit once again.

Just Wow a modern battletech classic

It's an amazing book with many twists and turns that showcases genuine repentance and growth of characters. Each of these amazing characters grow into their own with even side characters coming back through out to play important roles. While perhaps not the most battle heavy of battletech books the intrigue surrounding it is immense and helps show the gravitase of the story and it's characters. Please if you are a fan of battletech or think you may enjoy a universe set far in the future but with deceit and honor shown better than the books of ice and fire give this a listen I promise you will find no regrets.
