Wow! Intriguing and Surprising Story

This story was so wonderful that I couldn't stop listening to it. The narrator did a brilliant job. This story was engaging, suspenseful, and captivating. The ending was a total surprise. What a fascinating book!

excellent book for empty nesters

The best book I've read about being a mom to adult children and an empty nest. Jill is so down to earth and does an excellent job of sharing her life and providing great insight of being a parent to adult children. I want to read this book again! The person who read the book sounded robotic, sort of like Siri, but the content of the book is fantastic!! Highly recommend it!

Another delightful book by Victoria Twead

This third Old Fools book has a different setting as Victoria and her husband move to the Middle East to teach in a school. It's a bit more serious as it takes place during an Arab uprising. Yet it's full of funny and delightful adventures causing many laugh-out-loud moments. Looking forward to their return to Spain in the next book. Sure would be lovely if audible.com would record books 4-6. Jilly Bond does a fantastic performance as the narrator.

Just like the first book in the series, this book continues to bring joy and lots of laughter. The author has a refreshing way of sharing her adventures and experiences as they continue to live in a small town in Spain. The narrator is excellent with her many voices and causes the listener to enjoy this delightful book even more! Only the first 3 books of the series are on Audible. Audible needs to narrate the last 3 books as well.

Absolutely Delightful and Funny!

I listened to this book driving back and forth to work. I laughed out loud so many times at this delightful story. This book is very amusing and a refreshing read. The narrator of this book is very enjoyable to listen to and love her many voices. Considering the crazy and stressful past year, I highly recommend this book to anyone wanting to read a lighthearted and funny story.
