I like books like this one who takes a complex topic and simplifies it so that we can understand how to deal with our problems.This book is not some academic text;it's a practical and helpful guide for dealing with passive aggressive behavior in our daily lives.

This book does a great job explaining how CBT principles apply to common problems like procrastination and stress. If you are struggling with anxiety, depression and other issues it is important to seek assistance. I highly recommend this book!
