Painful to listen to. Misleading title!

Struggled to finish and was elated when author mentioned that we had finally reached the core of what the book was about but was quickly deflated. Nothing new here except repeated account of personal experiences that I did not find inspiring. Again, very misleading title

Could have been condensed into one chapter

An article not a book. Repetitive and boring. 2 part book but was only able to push myself to listen to first part. I'm sure there are much better time management or digital decluttering books out there
