I am a new leader in a large organization and was in search of a strong instructional book.
This book provided impactful, detailed information about leadership. This is by far one of the best books that I have read in several years.
My favorite aspect of this book is that it provides actionable steps to help me walk in excellence vs. simply using a bunch of words to motivate me. I can motivate myself but wanted to hear from experts that actually walked in my shoes.
