Dr. Nancy shares strategies that you can use in small steps to create your healthier lifestyle. And she does this with heart without lecturing to you.

One of the many things that I love about this book is that Dr. Nancy skillfully describes your innate intelligence and how the nervous system functions in a manner that is through and yet easily understood.

I have referred Mastering the Health Continuum to my clients and it has proven to be a valuable resource. If you are ready to optimize your health, this is a book that you want.
