I have attempted to quit or even just cut back my alcohol intake for years now. Each time white knuckling my way through the small breaks. My husband & I listened to this Audible on a road trip from Florida to South Carolina & haven’t had a drink since. Granted we’re not talking about a huge amount of time but I literally do not want or even think about wine or alcohol. It blows my mind how much time my brain spent thinking about alcohol in the past. I am shocked & excited for a new lease on life.

I have been doing Paleo/Whole30 for some time. Kelly’s explanation around the science of blood sugar & carbs totally clicked. Love the idea of grocery shopping/meal planning for 3 days at a time vs a full week. Lots of great, practical tips. Recommend!
