I did prefer to listen to this one faster than 1x (about 1.3 was good for me), but as for content, there are some important themes and beautiful insights here. I'm putting Michelle Obama's new book on my list.

Useful, kind, but a couple of misses as well

Lots of useful frameworks and insights, but a couple big misses as well, in my opinion. 1) A focus on situations as being half the equation in leading to behavior, but an assessment that completely ignores situation. 2) Never addresses the privilege of being able to ignore or avoid fear.

It's difficult to face our own biases, but that difficulty is absolutely worth it in this case.
I'll be buying myself a physical copy for reference and for some of the self-reflection pieces. I'll also be buying a handful of extra copies to share.
