Helps us see cholesterol for what it actually does, and sheds light on less-mentioned causes of heart attack and stroke.

These stories, told in a podcast format, are situations in which your relationship might not exactly mirror, but from which you can glean instances of similarity and act upon the bits of wisdom founds during the discussion of the guests’ past mistakes and trials.

Yeah there’s some hilarious and outlandish stories, and it’s entertaining, but there’s practical nuggets of wisdom.

Most of the negative reviews are just idealistic and increasingly sensitive people, the kind of people you wouldn’t want to take book advice from anyway. I laughed through the whole thing and learned some stuff I can use to have a better handle on my love life.
Let’s face it, a book about relationship advice could be incredibly dry, and this one isn’t.
It’s worth the listen.

I’m just going to read this myself. This narrator sounds like a machine and it’s incredibly distracting.

The Daily Mail and NPR had a baby.

It’s this book.

Please note that even if the name or title of some background character is inaccurate, it most likely doesn’t have any affect on the theme of this book, that Donald Trump is simply incapable of doing his job like a functioning adult. Although this book does paint an interesting image of Trump, what’s more surprising is what you learn about his staffers and cabinet, and how they’re ripping their hair out while trying to prevent Trump from self sabotaging. I even have a little sympathy for Kellyanne Conway now.. geez.

The audible performance of the book was hilarious. The guy does does a decent impression of everyone in the book.
