Historia
The world teeters on the brink of destruction. The people who should be saving the Earth ignore Jason Asano's warnings and choose to loot the house as it burns down around them. He lacks the strength to save the world himself, but resolves to do it anyway, impossible be damned. The impossible, in this case, means seizing a power that no mortal should touch. It's a choice from which there is no turning back, and marks Jason's first step into a wider cosmos that he is not yet ready to face. Holding the fate of two worlds in his hands, Jason must decide for himself what home truly means.

Ready for 7

I have enjoyed this series from the start. I have read some other reviews of people that can’t stand the main character, but I find him amusing. The story is an amazing saga that so far has spanned a few years and 2 universes. Lots of smack talk and pop culture references. Also the narrator has done an amazing job with these books. I can’t wait for the next one.

Historia
It has been thousands of years since beast-kind were united under one banner. The empire encompasses most of the known world, driving out or enslaving the lesser races without mercy. In a state of constant war and conquest, they have perfected the art of battle. For commoner wolf-kind Valian, being accepted and trained in a noble house's army was a dream come true. Without wealth or a family, it was his best shot at attaining honor and glory. Until fate intervened. When Valian discovers he's descended from an ancient and long-thought-extinct line, everything changes.

Couldn’t stop listening!

Exceptional job. I enjoyed the story so much that while trying to fall asleep it wouldn’t let me, even the slow parts between the action scenes were engaging. Also this narrator has done a phenomenal job. I could actually tell a difference between all the different characters. Highly recommend for those that enjoy shapeshifter fantasy.

Historia
It started as a routine check for park ranger Michael Biörn. A vehicle illegally parked on a service road. An instant later, a child is fighting for her life while the man responsible vanishes into thin air. Stranger still, the encounter leaves Michael wounded and unable to heal for the first time in his eon-long existence. Before the shape-shifter has a chance to reflect on his puzzling disability, the slaying begins. Yellowstone's bears are the first victims, hunted for sport by very large cats. But soon the beasts start targeting humans, and it falls to Michael to stop them.

Historia
The beast came at night. Murdered the cop in his home. Tore his Rottweilers to pieces. And it's only the latest in a series of gruesome attacks. Overwhelmed, Houston PD is at a loss. But shape-shifter Michael Biörn isn't. Michael discerns the secret nature of the killer; a werewolf's handiwork is unmistakable. Werewolves move in packs, however. And the local pack is 40 members strong. But a young woman's life is at stake. And so, after centuries spent avoiding the wolves, Michael abandons his retreat to confront his ancestral enemies.

A great representation of the idea of the fantasy world colliding with the current world. Gives new classifications to levels of the supernatural world and different correlations to the relationship between the races.
