If you already work with the chakras it is likely you won't find anything new here. Some of the sanskrit translations are off as well as the mantras, but the illustrations are beautiful and the book is beautifully written.

I especially liked the concept of adapted self vs. authentic self, learning more about the intuitive empath, and the fact that she framed her personal transformation in a hero's journey framework.
