Historia
Gabriel Garrett has seen it all. War, hardship, and violence have chased him at every turn, but Gabriel has weathered every challenge. Now, however, he faces a battle far more dangerous than any he has endured. Kidnapped by a ruthless gang, Gabriel finds himself in a fight for survival. Using his hard-earned skills and iron will, he manages to break free - only to stumble upon a conspiracy that threatens everything he has fought to protect.

Doesn't seem like a complete book
Revisado: 11-22-24
I love this series, I've been waiting about a year for this book to come out, re listening to the series while I waited. don't get me wrong, this was a logical progression to the story given how the last book ended, the characters are portrayed and act like we'd expect them to and everything makes sense. it just seems like, at least compared to the previous books in this series, it doesn't advance enough. we learn more about the plot with the army, each groups goal and whatnot but it just seems like it's not enough. best way I could describe it is this book should've been slightly condensed and made as a side story to get ready for the big "war/battle" that's obviously coming. either way I still love the series and can't wait for the ending
