Historia
Systemic racism may have started hundreds of years ago, but it remains very much alive today. Racism and sexism threaten and subdue countless strong and amazing women. They hinder confidence and growth and replace them with self-doubt and inferiority. But this needs to stop. Truth is, you have always had what it takes to break this cycle and use the stones thrown at you as your own weapon of awareness and self-discovery. And with this guidebook on success, specifically designed for you, you are on to better and brighter things.

A refreshing, inspiring journey on Black women & their challenges with racism from past to present
Revisado: 10-31-22
I highly recommend this book. There are a lot of people who write about Black women, but this took a great approach using historical and current real life examples about the trials and triumphs of Black women in the corporate world and the American workforce. This is an excellent resource not only for the youth but also for any goal driven, focused adult who has struggled with discrimination, racism and oppression in the United States and around the world.
