Loved this book! A fresh and exciting adventure that all ages can enjoy. For me it was a true pleasure - I found myself at time sitting on edge of my seat with suspense, at times crying, and laughing out loud often! Shad is a hilarious, spunky, and lovable character. His development over the course of the book was heartwarming and satisfying.
Don’t listen too hungry because the story is also chock full of richly delicious food!
