This is a fun tween-age drama and ghost story. It's a mix of true friendship, working through difficult feelings and relationships, ahah moments, and definitely lots of adventures. I love how the music makes the story come to life too!

What if you had special powers... what would you do?

I loved this story of a 12 year old boy coming from an ordinary home and family to shrinking and discovering his powers! It's a fabulous journey of being the special one, and coming to terms with what that means. What would you do if you discovered you had special powers? Would you brag about them, fight a bully, get into trouble, take risks, try to save people even if it meant risking your life and well being? What a great book to address these issues!
