I loved this book! This was a great beginning to this new series! Simi and Coffey were the perfect combination and the drama that was happening around them just seemed to amp everything up. I can not wait to read book 2 in this series’

I was waiting anxiously for this audiobook to arrive and dove right into it when it downloaded. I just finished it and honestly didn’t want it to end! What an adventure! Eliana was a hoot and Dagon was the perfect counterfoil for her. The story starts with her in a space suit floating alone in deep space with only 24 hours of oxygen and the nearest space ship a month away. That should give you a hint of a how much drama and excitement there is in the book. And the romance between Eliana and Dagan had all the feels and all the emotional tingles and was super hot to boot. The narrator, Kristen Potter was fantastic! She totally brought the book to life and at times I forgot I was not actually living the events. This is definitely an enjoyable time!

I’m always excited to get a new Elvis Cole novel and especially one that features Joe Pike. Joe Pike is my favorite! This was a fun thrilling mystery that I enjoyed listening to. There’s always banter from Elvis and Joe brings his own element to the story. Definitely recommend.
