Pretty Darn Thrilling
Revisado: 08-10-13
Would you consider the audio edition of Catch Me to be better than the print version?
I have not read the print version, so I cannot compare.
Who was your favorite character and why?
I like Charlie. That woman has been through a lot, but she becomes more resilient.
Which scene was your favorite?
The scenes with the little boy (forgot his name) especially when he played on the computer. All his scenes were important, and one in particular left me speechless. They weren't necessarily my favorites, but they solicited the most emotions within the story.
Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?
This book took me on a roller coaster ride. I cheered, laughed, and cried.
Any additional comments?
The narrator did an awesome job! I could feel the pain, tension, and drama in her voice. Ms. Potter is a master.

Very Interesting Book!
Revisado: 05-26-13
If you could sum up The Other Boleyn Girl in three words, what would they be?
This is a book of historical fiction filled with lots of drama, intrigue, and bouts of lust. Although I know how the real story unfolds, it is alluring to read it from an imaginative perspective.
What other book might you compare The Other Boleyn Girl to and why?
Since I have never read this type of historical fiction, I cannot compare it.
Have you listened to any of Susan Lyons’s other performances before? How does this one compare?
This is the first time I have listened to Susan Lyons, and I don't think it will be the last. She is an animated and expressive performer. Lyons did an excellent and believable job on all the voices.
If you could rename The Other Boleyn Girl, what would you call it?
Sex, Lies, and the Tudors
Any additional comments?
This is a great listen, a bit long, but it makes the story stronger.

Historia
FBI profiler Jace Valchek was pulled into this parallel realm to hunt for Aristotle Stoker, a human serial killer who preys on vampires and werewolves. Now she works for the National Security Agency of the Unnatural States of America - and her boss is a vampire. At a bizarre crime scene, Jace finds a bloodsucker murdered by magic, fried to the bone, and dressed in the costume of the comic book hero The Flash - a character who isn't supposed to exist here. Comic books have been outlawed for their powers, including crossover spells like the one that transported Jace to this world.

Just as good as the 1st!
Revisado: 10-08-12
What made the experience of listening to Death Blows the most enjoyable?
Johanna Parker's vocal talent continues to blow me away! She has a real gift for narration and story telling.
Who was your favorite character and why?
I really liked Dr. Pete. He turned out to be a complex character, yet still very likable.
Which character – as performed by Johanna Parker – was your favorite?
Of course Jace is my favorite and Gretchen is a close second. I love Jace's humor and introspection. It is a perfect balance to Gretchen's refinement.
Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?
Absolutely!
Any additional comments?
Death Blows took my emotions on quite a roller coaster ride. I laughed, cried, got angry, and experienced a good chunk of nostalgia. That's how you know a book - especially an audible one - has done its job :)

Her job description is the "tracking and apprehension of mentally-fractured killers". What this really means in FBI profiler Jace Valchek's brave new world - one in which only one percent of the population is human - is that a woman's work is never done. And real is getting stranger every day. Jace has been ripped from her reality by David Cassius, the vampire head of the NSA. He knows that she's the best there is in the business, and David needs her help in solving a series of gruesome murders of vampires and werewolves.
