Being in debt sucks...but Erin and her podcast make me feel like there is a little hope. The tips she gives have helped me be more conscience about how I spend my money and how best to cut down debt. Erin is funny and informative and I am right there listening as soon as each new episode launches. Thanks for the laughs Erin! ;-)

This book is 100% about the stock market...

So if you are interested in any other sort of investing it will not be covered in here. While this book is great about that subject the stock market is not everyones passion or everyones way to wealth. So the long story short I wish I would not have bought it...but you might like it if you love the paper asset category only.

So I love this book but....

If you have ADHD it might be best to get a paper copy instead of an audiobook. There are lots of acronyms and figures and it is easier to follow if you have it in your hands instead of just listening to it. This book is a meaty nugget of information and I am going to have to listen to it more then a couple of times. :-)

Seemed like I had this story before.....

So I have read many many books on this topic and as I listened to this one it occurred to me that this title sounded an awfully lot like another title I have in my library. Then I listened to a story that was in the other book that I have listened to 4-5 times...a book that was published two years prior. So to me this book is a regurgitation of info from that book....I mean there might be a few original ideas but there was enough similarities that I got mad and returned it. The book that is sounds like is Make Money on AirBNB by Sally Miller.
