IMO this was the best in the Cormoran Strike series! I have loved them but couldn’t get through the last book with all of the texting! But this was JK Rowling at her best again - inventing a cult - with all of the terrible rituals and people! Brilliant and so enjoyable!

This was my favorite so far in this wonderful series! Ms. Menuhin's characters are so fun to read - and the relationship between Lennox and Swift is always entertaining. The new characters she brought in are brilliant and hilarious, brought to life by the amazing Sam Dewhurst-Phillips. I could not figure out this mystery and had no idea how it would end! Which was perfect as always! Thank you Ms Menuhin!

Sorry but I found this book to have so many holes with situations that either were not credible or didn’t make sense. (FYI, the FBI allowed someone off the street to chat unaccompanied with a key suspect in custody). And the story jumps all over the place .
