POSSIBLY THE BEST GAY ROMANCE I'VE READ

I usually don't read M/M romances by female writers but this came up and half hour in it was hooked.
Usually erotic romances, the characters have no personalities or interests than sex.
the gentleman is playboy who wants more than a good time
the copper is afraid of his own desires.
the characters are very well drawn and the author makes this a relationship between two men. Usually female written gay erotica one is the man and the other is the woman.
the conflict of the story is deep and compelling
sexual tension tense
I really want to read more about these characters

Justine eyre does a great job narrating Ms Smalls books.
I would like to hear more male narrators in the romance genre.
one of the things I love about MS Smalls books its her historical plausibility and well research subjects. she truly values history and the source material
her books are more historical novel with romance than romance novel
in this book, Skye travels from England to france, to africa to France again.
she plays an important role in Catherine d'medicis court and st barts massacre
this will definitely be re read

autumn is one of my favorites. I was so hoping the series would have continued in the French line of the family, but alas....
this story is definitely worth your time going to the English civil war to Louis XIV to Charles II beds
my only issue is audible releasing the books out of order.
