This book was so helpful and gave me some good advice and examples to go along with that advice! I’m so excited to challenge myself and overcome the feeling of being lonely and make some new friends and actually keep them!
This book is also informative to those extroverts who have a hard time understanding the feelings of an introvert or ambivert. As an introvert I find it hard to explain that to people.
Good read definitely worth the money/credit
