It's full of incredibly useful advice on how to share thoughts without doubting yourself and argue with confidence. I thought it was so empowering that it was all about finding your voice and not allowing anyone to control you. Unambiguous to be honest, seem like they could give anyone more control over a conversation. It gives you the ability to communicate carefully and be more comfortable in any situation, which is what I truly liked about it. This is unquestionably worth listening to if you want to improve your communication skills and speak with greater conviction!

Although I was intrigued by the notion of employing psychological strategies to enhance my ability to argue, the recommendations appeared to be more focused on manipulation than productive discussion. The book seemed to be less concerned with promoting polite, productive conversation. My expectations that it would enable me to resolve conflicts with greater empathy were not fulfilled.

Furthermore, some of the strategies seemed rather extreme, and to be honest, not all of them appeared practical in day-to-day situations. If you want to learn how to have more genuine and fruitful conversations, this book might not be the right choice for you. It's more about outsmarting people than it is about encouraging mutual respect, which is just not what I wanted.
