I've bought a lot of books throughout my own real estate business, but this one is among the most important for a realtor, whether you have just started or have been in the business for a long time. This book is extremely relevant and current to today’s business world. In 6 figures to 12 months, the methods are impactful and effective. Jeff helps lay the foundation for your business with relevant experiences and successful things he has used in his career. Jeff provides answers to many of the questions that agents have. I especially love the section about technology, as that is my weak spot, and I have learned so much from the amazing resources and recommendations Jeff provides. Jeff is a genuine, engaging, and amazing writer. I always thought it would be intimidating to become a high-producing agent, but this book offers a road map to help you build a profitable real estate career. Purchase it and read it numerous times! You learn something new each time. I also love that all the tips and strategies mentioned in the book can be applied as you read it. Check out his YouTube channel too. I have learned a lot about myself as an agent by watching him.
