There are many very helpful strategies and tactics described on how to manage a high performing team. The hardest part of hearing this is that most organizations won’t be able to embrace this - without full commitment to these approaches, it’ll probably lead to worse outcomes. Every CEO should decide if they have the willingness to navigate the implementation pains - if they do, I believe they’ll unlock incredible performance

While some of the examples are questionable, the content overall leverages valuable concepts from agile, Clayton Christensen, Patrick Lencioni and others. While an admirable playbook, many companies will strive to actually love these principles.
