This book is not really an instruction manual for the second half of life as much as it is an instruction manual to stop and take inventory of where your life is. He also does a good job of contrasting early life and later life and how you can change. I am at target demographic of this book and 53 years old and the title was attractive to me. If you are a personal middle-age, I would highly recommend reading this book. It makes sense at the right time. If you were too young, you might not get it if you are too old it might be too late.
