Greaney manages to keep the story alive. Another strong performance by Jay Snyder. With a timely theme and action packed narrative this ranks high on the Gray Man list of hits. (Pun Intended!).

Just another "post apocalypse, humans are bad", with bad narration. Is there a future for humanity that does not involve human involved climate collape? Apparently not. How about some original thinking and writing?

Historia
A pool boy enters a secluded Bel Air property and discovers two bodies floating in the bright blue water: Gio Aggiunta, the playboy heir to an Italian shoe empire, and a gorgeous, even wealthier neighbor named Meagin March. A married neighbor. An illicit affair stoking rage is a perfect motive. But a “double” in this neighborhood of gated estates isn’t something you see every day. The house is untouched. No forced entry, no forensic evidence. The case has “that feeling,” and when that happens, Milo turns to his friend, the brilliant psychologist Alex Delaware.

Historia
In 1961, at the height of the Cold War, the United States severed diplomatic relations with Cuba, where a momentous revolution had taken power three years earlier. For more than half a century, the stand-off continued—through the tenure of ten American presidents and the fifty-year rule of Fidel Castro. His death in 2016, and the retirement of his brother and successor Raúl Castro in 2021, have spurred questions about the country’s future. Spanning more than five centuries, Cuba provides us with a front-row seat as we witness the evolution of the modern nation.

New Title: "Cuba: An American Dumpster Fire"
Revisado: 05-18-24
Like most liberal progressive academia, America, aka USA, is the bad guy in this excessively long tome. Capitalism, Racism, and Republican policies compete in the trifecta of blame. The author embraces an interpetation of history that is emblematic of Cubano thinking. That is: "I'm better than this, but I need to blame someone first before dealing with my problems"! Just so tiring, so unoriginal, and so boring.

Historia
Gaia is dying. That, at least, is what Dr. Lionel Scott believes. A renowned expert in tropical and infectious diseases, Scott has witnessed the devastating impact of illness and turmoil at critical scale. Society as it exists is untenable, and the direct link to Earth’s death spiral; population levels are out of control and people have allowed disarray and disorder to run rampant. While most are concerned about deadly disease, Scott knows that it is truly humanity itself that will destroy Gaia.

Stephen King is WACKED!
Revisado: 01-26-24
This is a difficult review to write. For most of this book, I was "throw it against the wall" angry with the author and the story he wrote. I mean geriatric, cannibalistic retirees living amongst us in plain site. Are you fucking shitting me? I'm using vulgar language because that's the way King writes now. The one thing he does do correct is treat Holly with the respect she deserves. Yea, I know she fictional but I'm grasping at straws here, in the delusional mind of this author. I do think his TDS has muddled King brain but that is another subject.
The performance was good, but the material was atrocious. Don't brother with this piece of rotten liver.
