Average Series of stories.
Revisado: 02-15-14
Where does On Target rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?
This book starts off with some promise, but like the previous ones it goes into the most unrealistic situations that work out for The Grey man. There are some slow parts in the writing but the narration is really good. When I compare this series to the Vince Flynn series, I can only give it an average rating.
Would you be willing to try another book from Mark Greaney? Why or why not?
I have tried all of the Grey Man book and will most likely try another. They are just interesting enough to keep you going, but not interesting enough to make you anxious for the next.
Did the narration match the pace of the story?
The narration is excellent, and does a great job with bringing the story to life. Very well done.
Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?
No, and for all the reasons that I previously mentioned.
Any additional comments?
This is a nice time killer, not a great story that is full of action. You will find yourself thinking "No Way this would happen" or "No one would live through this", just too unrealistic.

Historia
Atticus O’Sullivan, last of the Druids, lives peacefully in Arizona, running an occult bookshop and shape-shifting in his spare time to hunt with his Irish wolfhound. His neighbors and customers think that this handsome, tattooed Irish dude is about twenty-one years old - when in actuality, he’s twenty-one centuries old. Not to mention: He draws his power from the earth, possesses a sharp wit, and wields an even sharper magical sword known as Fragarach, the Answerer. Unfortunately, a very angry Celtic god wants that sword, and he’s hounded Atticus for centuries....

Funny. Great Story.
Revisado: 05-16-12
What made the experience of listening to Hounded the most enjoyable?
The story moves at a nice pace, and the interaction with the Wolf Hound is so funny. It makes a nice balance. I am looking forward to the other books.
What other book might you compare Hounded to and why?
None that I have read.
What does Luke Daniels bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?
His voice mixes well with all the characters in the book.
If you were to make a film of this book, what would be the tag line be?
The Great Druid.

Historia
New York Times best-selling author, Eric Van Lustbader, returns with another Jason Bourne thriller as he spars off against another deadly agent - and he might be the perfect match for Bourne. Facing down mercenaries in Africa, Jason Bourne witnesses the death of an art dealer named Tracy Atherton. Her killing dredges up snatches of Bourne's impaired memory, in particular the murder of a young woman on Bali who entrusted him with a strangely engraved ring-an artifact of such powerful significance that people have killed to obtain it.

Not your average Bourne story.
Revisado: 12-29-11
Would you recommend this book to a friend? Why or why not?
The story in this book is a great continuation of his previous books, but the narrator is very difficult to listen too. I would recommend listening to this book for the sake of the story line, but be prepared for a let down on the delivery of the story.
