the audio and the book differ. why does this happen? puzzled.

the audio and the book differ. the very first sentence says: "in humankind two nature's are combined. WE are at the same spirit and matter, heaven and earth, soul and body...." But the audio says " HE is at the same time spirit and matter...etc..." it is CLEAR that the meaning is referring to humans, from the context. by inserting HE INSTEAD OF WE, it totachanges the message.

I may have to exchange this book. it's troubling to find such an error in the first two sentences
...

this is now one of my favorite books .

I listen a read quite a bit. this book has helped me in ways few others have, as I reflect on the content which says come to Jesus, and that his grace is for me especially when I sin, is a complete reversal of how I think about God.
a welcome and refreshing perspective. I have already listened twice, and now ordered the book. I was so touched and inspired I have written a song with Matthew 11:28-30 as the theme. 'come unto me' / I belong to Jesus, he is gentle and lowly.

I see the world thru a biblical framework, so I love the sense of destiny, and warfare to achieve meaning, and in the idea that the battle is worth it...and essentially what we must do in a spiritual context.

I enjoyed this book. my caution is that books like this tend to put an idea in minds that this is what the Bible teaches.

I am at times wondering where the line is of the right and wrong of this type of project.

one example of straying from the Bible, was the Bible clearly says Noah built the ark, however in this nivel he doesn't.

I have the same.issues with movies like the chosen, when I hear people quoting the movie as if it's scripture, I pause and questions this, but I must admit I love the imagination and work this author has out into it.

but come on Noah built the ark.

thinking through the gospel helps me realize what Christ did, and how much God loves us!
the narrator really made the story come alive! Loved the book, and they set up the sequel because Jesus has yet to......I wont give it away..

frustrated- NO CHAPTER HEADINGS!

Why not include the titlea of the books? it was very frustrating trying to locate the books of the bible. I can't believe somebody thought this was a good idea.

This is an unusually good story, I was inspired.

I wanted to be this man. At first I wondered about the moral implications of his actions, and i still struggle with this aspect of the story. However I found myself being won over by the fact of the war. The war made him kill, and his response was human, flawed or not. I kept wondering what Gods Judgment will be?

I still struggle with the moral questions, but still admire this man. I guess I'm flawed too.

The Life is in the blood.

I was originally looking for something entertaining which this was, but it also delivered on a deeper level.
It made me consider my walk with God, and question if I really appreciate what Christs blood, has accomplished.
I know it in my head, this book helped my heart get it too.
