Everything that looked good, surely wasn’t good. Looking in from the outside you would think that Big Ethan and Fiona had the perfect lives. They had the money, the lavish things and the love that everyone adored and desired. Yet all of that changed when their love was tested, and temptation got the best of Fiona. Feeling betrayed, Big Ethan lost it and the beast that was buried deep inside of him was released. Meanwhile, little EJ’s (Tony) parents were going through a battle of hell. Historia
Monday Charles is missing, and only Claudia seems to notice. Claudia and Monday have always been inseparable - more sisters than friends. So when Monday doesn’t turn up for the first day of school, Claudia’s worried. When she doesn’t show for the second day, or second week, Claudia knows that something is wrong. As Claudia digs deeper into her friend’s disappearance, she discovers that no one seems to remember the last time they saw Monday. How can a teenage girl just vanish without anyone noticing that she’s gone?

Relevance to 2024
Revisado: 09-13-24
I enjoyed the various time frames covered that led up to the who...what...I couldn't stop listening. This story is so relevant in today's population chipdren in poverty, foster care, failed school systems, and those that don't feel or think they're mandated to follow up....Gratitude for this enlightening book. As a Partnership (Foster) Parent of 22 yrs, I've seen it all.
