One more book to help parents
Revisado: 11-25-23
Overall, this book may prove a great tool to parents who are in highly stressful circumstances with their children. For me, I took a couple of perspectives of how to think about my 2.5 year old daughter but that was it.

An in-depth exploration and expos of the predatory nature of the student loan industryAlan Collinge never imagined he would become a student loan justice activist. He planned to land a solid job after college, repay his student loan debt, and then simply forget the loans ever existed. Like millions of Americans, however, in spite of working hard, Collinge fell behind on payments and entered a labyrinthine student loan nightmare.

A story that needs to evolve in 2023
Revisado: 11-25-23
I enjoyed the book from a history learning perspective but I wasn’t aware the story was nearly 15 years old (in today 2023).
Overall, it provided me a good perspective of what these borrowers are facing and perhaps it make me feel a little bit of sympathy for their pain. University is not for everyone and consumers should be granted the same protections as in any other lending area in our Country.

Historia
Teenage girls are taking courses of testosterone and disfiguring their bodies. Parents are undermined; experts are over-relied upon; dissenters in science and medicine are intimidated; free speech truckles under renewed attack; socialized medicine bears hidden consequences; and an intersectional era has arisen in which the desire to escape a dominant identity encourages individuals to take cover in victim groups. Every person who has ever had a skeptical thought about the sudden rush toward a non-binary future but been afraid to express it - this book is for you.

An absolute read for any girl parent
Revisado: 06-20-22
Very nicely written book and pleasant narration. So many interesting topics cover in this book that validate the current situation. Our girls must be protected from psychopaths and progressive lunatics at all costs - no social media, no progressive anything … the chances our girls can be really sick with this condition is 0.01% .,, don’t normalize Transgenderism in children, at school, in private lives.
Thank you for writing this book

Historia
Since the publication of the first edition of Critical Race Theory in 2001, the United States has lived through two economic downturns, an outbreak of terrorism, and the onset of an epidemic of hate directed against immigrants, especially undocumented Latinos and Middle Eastern people. On a more hopeful note, the country elected and re-elected its first black president and has witnessed the impressive advance of gay rights. Critical Race Theory is essential for understanding developments in this burgeoning field, which has spread to other disciplines and countries.

Read it if you are a parent if only to protect your children from those misusing this book’s teachings
Revisado: 10-15-21
The quality of the narration is really bad to my liking. The voice is was “robotic” at times and the narration of the references was extremely distracting.
I bought this book to understand first hand why is that my 50% of my countrymen feel so strongly against it.
In my opinion, the book raises good examples of racism in America during the XX Century. My issue with this postulate is the proposed solutions to combat this white vs black racism in America while dragging other cultures into the mix.
I’m an immigrant to the US who came well educated, with full command of English and with a complete desire to adopt the “whiteness” of America. I don’t miss my “heritage” nor I need to keep my language to feel good about myself. As such, I don’t align with the concepts of accepting other Latino immigrants who come here illegally, uneducated to be treated equally - they have to work to deserve what I worked so hard to achieve myself. Race, skin color, gender, sexual orientation are now constructs misused by many to “skip the line” and get benefits - I disagree with them.
I agree that we must seek equality amongst people, that the justice system needs to treat us all equally and that career opportunities must be there for anyone who demonstrates the required competence. To grant free passes to blacks, Asians, Latinos or Whites is wrong.
Lastly, the concept of intersectionality is interesting, I suppose I will use it whenever some radical (leftist or right wing) tries to attack me.

A nice comprehensive self help book for new fathers
Revisado: 09-01-21
As a father of my first child in my 40’s I came to realize (very quickly!) how different my ‘memories of my own childhood and my relationship with my father are to my current way of living. Specially more obvious since my child is a girl! This book really covered the main key points that I needed as I was preparing for the arrival of our girl. Unfortunately, our girl arrived a bit earlier than expected so I missed the opportunity to calmly go over the first 2 months (I wish I had the time!) I now know that the topics covered during birth and the 1st month make a lot of sense.
My journey ahead is not that of an in-home dad but I still appreciated the guidance re Dad support groups, communication, vaccines, financial planning, baby feeding, discipline, playing! … this book compliments very nicely the other books on nutrition, co-sleeping, baby sign language and after 1 year books.
I purchased the printed copy for future reference while I listened to this book during several long burping and calming the baby sessions during her 2 month.

Historia
The real collusion in the 2016 election was not between the Trump campaign and the Kremlin. It was between the Clinton campaign and the Obama administration. The media-Democrat “collusion narrative”, which paints Donald Trump as cat’s paw of Russia, is a studiously crafted illusion. Despite Clinton’s commanding lead in the polls, hyper-partisan intelligence officials decided they needed an “insurance policy” against a Trump presidency.

A book with some meat full with a lot of fat
Revisado: 07-10-20
I am very interested on this topic to help me understand what happened in the collusion between Obama’s cabinet, the DNC, the FBI, the MSM against a President who nobody (not even himself) ever thought would really win the POTUS race. This book is filled with great info but, Lord, it dragged forever! I can’t recall ever falling asleep or having my mind wondering after 30 mins of listening to an audio book. I had to repeat several times the Chapters as I got lost on its contents. I’m still glad I purchased this book but it was a painful experience.
