I love it!

I listen to it when I am relaxing doing other things. I listen to this and also his book “Your Not Broken” on repeat and will continue to do so until I have absorbed it all and I breakthrough the barriers I have had in front of me. I am so close to my dream life. I just have one last barrier. I know that those 2 audiobooks will help me get to where I need to be. The last pieces of the puzzle.

OMG... horrible book

Martin Meadows may have the best of intentions but he came off as self-righteous and lecturing. He spent WAY to much time lecturing about diet and fitness. He should have made it a diet and fitness book. I couldn’t get past the first couple chapters. The author has placed himself on a pedestal to which everyone else “should” do exactly as he has done. He uses the word “should” a lot.
Unless you are looking to lose weight and work out and you want to be looked down upon, lectured, be told over and over how wonderful and superior Martin Meadows is...this book is probably not for you.

I felt like she wrote this to vindicate her and Hillary. She is so far up Hillary’s a$$ that you would think she is a proctologist. She seems to be unaware that she admits to allowing Hillary full control of the DNC and stealing the election from Bernie Sanders. She sugar coats her involvement and I suspect there is a lot she held back.
