Just couldn’t get into it

I love shifter series books, but I just couldn’t get into this one. Perhaps if there was better narrators. I barely finished the first chapter. The story line seems ok but I think it needs better narration.

It seemed to take forever to get to the point of the story. I found it a little hard to get into. I didn’t understand what was going on. There is not alot of information about the characters backstories. I had a hard time following it. Hopefully the next book will ne better.

I have missed Dante and Blays so very much. I really enjoy their adventures and Edward Robertson did not disappoint me. I hope he writes fast for the next one. I cannot wait to see what happens next!

Very disappointed with the narration of this book!

I love this series, but I am greatly disappointed with the narrator. I listened to the first four books, then when I started this one the narrator changed they way Ayla's voice sounds. All the books have the same narrator. I do not think I can finish listening to this book. I have read them all many times. I am very disappointed that the narrator changed the way Ayla speaks in the last two books. Why change? I was listening to all the books in order! Now I must finish with reading the books myself. Very disappointed!!!!
