Alexander Kaletski's 'Metro' is a brilliant book! It felt like an assemblage of short stories intricately woven together to create a captivating narrative that kept me engaged from start to finish!
What sets 'Metro' apart is its multifaceted nature – from an intense love story to moments of humor and profound Russian historical insights, there's something for everyone. However, what truly shines in this book is Kaletski's ability to craft vivid and distinct characters. Each one bursts with personality, making them feel remarkably real, as if you already met them.
“Metro” isn't just a book; it's a masterful exploration of the human experience, rich with metaphors, humor, and connections. I know I love a book when I feel sad when I finish reading it. The last phrase in 'Metro' made me shed some tears!

I loved this book. It’s mind opening to learn so much about the fig species and to understand how connected we are with them. I particularly enjoyed learning about the magic inside fig fruits!

This is a fantastic book! It will not only open your eyes about your devices and technology, but also will inspire you to change your habits to become a more productive, creative and happier person.
I strongly believe that everyone should read this book. Someone in the national education department of every country, should make this book a mandatory school reading in the early years of high school.
