Not worth the credit
Revisado: 06-26-11
What can I say, but that I do not like it. It is confusing. You can't be Christian and another faith at the same time. "read the bible & you will understand" The bible is against witches. I do not understand where the author was going with this book. Honestly, don't waste a credit.

Long Live Nell!!!
Revisado: 01-07-11
I really enjoyed the parts about Nell, her grandmother and the chicken! A times this book had me screaming in the car at the minister's daughters for the evilness in them (which are in some children & thanking God I don't have any) & pinning the blame on others & get a way with it. Just like the witch trials... It always gets my blood boiling mad.
When the author brings in an unexpected historical person is even better.

Historia
When it comes to the holidays, no story brings us back to the true spirit of giving like O. Henry’s classic "The Gift of the Magi". So this year we’ve asked some of your favorite Audible narrators—Audie Award winners Katherine Kellgren, Oliver Wyman, and Jonathan Davis—to bring to life this timeless tale, plus two more of O. Henry’s gems: "The Cop and the Anthem" and "The Last Leaf", in this holiday collection.

Words cannot express how speical this was for me. Thank you for really thinking about giving. After reading some reviews of others, you made a lot of people very thankful. And I love getting my books each month.

Wonderfully different
Revisado: 11-12-10
This was a different from what I normally listen to, but it was wonderful. The author made me feel like I was right there in Old New England. Storyline kept me so interested, that I got caught listening to it while at a meeting. It was that good.

LOVED IT!
Revisado: 09-06-10
This was a surprise to me. Some of the wording used in this made me gasp, think and than, agree. Well written & not wanting to leave the car before the end of the chapter. Thank God for the decrease in sex related themes.
