Historia
Dellarobia Turnbow is a restless farm wife who gave up her own plans when she accidentally became pregnant at 17. Now, after a decade of domestic disharmony on a failing farm, she encounters a shocking sight: a silent, forested valley filled with what looks like a lake of fire. She can only understand it as a cautionary miracle, but it sparks a raft of other explanations from scientists, religious leaders, and the media.

I really enjoyed this audible presentation. It was fun and informative. It answered a lot of questions I’ve had about the royal family. Keep these original audible books coming. Never a disappointment.

Historia
For his victims, for their families and for the investigators tasked with finding him, the senselessness and brutality of the Golden State Killer's acts were matched only by the powerlessness they felt at failing to uncover his identity. Then, on April 24, 2018, authorities arrested 72-year-old Joseph James DeAngelo at his home in Citrus Heights, Calif., based on DNA evidence linked to the crimes. Amazingly, it seemed, evil finally had a name. Please note: This work contains descriptions of violent crime and sexual assault and may not be suitable for all listeners.

The East Area Rapist visited my home in Rancho Cordova in the Fall of 1976 at 2 am. He wanted to use our phone because of car problems. We didn't let him in and called the Cardova PD. We were very lucky.

Historia
The debut psychological thriller that will forever change the way you look at other people's lives. Every day the same. Rachel takes the same commuter train every morning and night. Every day she rattles down the track, flashes past a stretch of cozy suburban homes, and stops at the signal that allows her to daily watch the same couple breakfasting on their deck. She’s even started to feel like she knows them. Jess and Jason, she calls them. Their life - as she sees it - is perfect. Not unlike the life she recently lost.

Just finished listening to this great story. I loved how the author moved easily between the 1940's and the current day. I really liked her characters. The sisters were wonderful. I loved learning how their quirks evolved. Several time during the story I thought I had the plot all figured out only to find an unexpected twist in the story. I look forward to Morton's next book.
