Writing The Ideal Body Blueprint was not just an academic exercise for me—it was deeply personal. As someone who faced my own struggles with obesity, PTSD, and anxiety, I know firsthand how overwhelming the journey to better health can be. This book reflects everything I’ve learned, not only from my personal experience but also from years of research and working with thousands of individuals seeking lasting change.

My goal was to create a resource that goes beyond quick fixes and fad diets. Using the BioPsychosocial model, I’ve provided strategies that address the mental, emotional, and physical barriers that keep so many of us stuck.
