This book is not as potentially rewarding to a beginner but requires some knowledge before reading. It is a good idea to know a little bit about the various famed Rabbis, who they were, where they lived, and what they were famous for. It is also a good idea to have some reasonable level of experience of meditation and prayer, and to have had some direct experience with devekut and feel comfortable and validated in one's experience.

This was a quick, easy read! I learned several things about how to go about breaking the procrastination habit. I also learned more about the damage most procrastination causes other than the obvious.This is the first accurate and effective device that I've ever run across. After years of being paralyzed and frustrated I'm becoming more effective.Great book. Very practical and well thought out and presented. Great ideas and if followed will help anyone looking to beat procrastination habits.

A Great Book that Can Change Your Life!!!

This is a truly great book that everyone who has ever struggled with procrastination (or has a loved-one who struggles with it) should read. Procrastination is a form of negative self-soothing that we use to protect ourselves from the fear of failure in its many forms. This book was easy to read, but managed to delve deep enough into the complexities of procrastination to finally open my eyes and shift to a more productive - and satisfying - way of functioning.

I like this book because it doesn’t just explain what to do about a problem kids have, it explains why it is happening. It shows there is something going on in our bodies that make us feel sick in the stomach or not wanting to do something.excellent book - recommended by a psychologist, a fantastic explanation to normalise anxiety responses, engage children and parents in working towards managing the "switch" of anxiety - simple and engaging!!!
