I really enjoyed listening to Jarrad narrate his own book. I've listened to a lot of metaphysical teachers and Jarrad is one of the few whose work resonates with me. I experience it and him as honest and easily accessible yet deeply profound.

I have the book and purchased the audiobook to listen to while traveling. Shimoff describes and explores unconditional love as an experience that begins within and brings joy and happiness to daily experiences alone and in relationship with others. It's a great compliment to Happy for No Reason.
