It seems Rob has walked away from who he was when writing this but it doesn’t negate the powerful truth in how God used him as an awesome human sharing the gospel. This book changed my live the year it came out and I find myself listening to it again every year because it still heals and refreshes my soul. Thank you Rob Bell for putting this words on paper and on Audible and thank you God for your love and your willingness to pursue all of us.

Comer does a great job of sharing the love of Christ without wrapping it in politics, or denominational doctrines. He just challenges us to look at the Way of Jesus, and emulate Him.

No study guide what the heck

There is no study guide included at all. The title is completely dishonest and deceptive, because it does not include one. When I reached out to Audible support, they were useless and asked me where, in the audio of the book, is the timestamp, promising a study guide. I told their Support person it is literally in the book title and they said they couldn’t see it and suggested that I email instead of live chat. This is really disheartening because I was excited to listen to this book and utilize the study guide.

Powerful story and excellent cast

Are used to love listening to radio “shows” because unlike an audiobook, it has different actors playing the different voice characters so it feels like a movie or television show. This brought back the beauty of that experience. The actors were amazing, the script was fantastic and the storyline was compelling. I was on my edge of my seat the whole time and now I’m hoping that a sequel will come out soon! This was excellent. If you like vampire tales this is a great one.

I love her books because they are common sense

If I could some this book up for you here is the summary… Believing yourself until other people do. Basically this book is a reminder that you need to have confidence in your self and your abilities. Don’t give up, don’t stop, no matter how broke you are… Keep believing that you won’t be broke forever and eventually you won’t because you’ll work hard and smart and figure it out

Simple straightforward genius

Grant Cardone knows how to take complex issues and make them simple. Becoming a millionaire is a simple math problem and this is the second time I’ve listened to this book but the first time that I’ve taken it seriously. 12 months from now I look forward to updating this review with my progress toward making my first million in one year.
